Episode 07: Angelica Cagley on Grief and Sisterhood
We have a guest of honor on the podcast today, my older sister, Angelica Cagley. In this episode, we cover family dynamics growing up, the adult version of sisterhood, and the anniversary of losing our father. Processing grief can be so hard, but so healing at the same time. Grateful we were able to have this conversation and grateful that I now get to share it with you all.
